Because Emily and Justin live out of state I was especially looking forward to their engagement session so I could meet them for the first time and get to know them a bit. I was so pleased that they were really into exploring some different ideas to add a little style to their engagement session, and they brought along the perfect little props to make for a great shoot. They told me ahead of time that they were willing to do anything rain or shine, and boy did they prove it! The weather was rainy and ominous all day, but we lucked out with just the right amount of calm weather and some amazing skies! This engagement shoot was so fun especially because it was a marathon shooting session with a race against time because I felt it could start pouring again any second, and just as we were finishing up- boy did it! I can’t thank Emily and Justin enough for all the hard work that went into making their engagement session amazing!
I photographed Talyah and Sam’s Wedding last June and I was overjoyed when they contacted me to let me know that they are expecting! The weather warmed up JUST in time for this gorgeous maternity session and we were able to find a few areas of beautiful spring vegetation starting to grow at Chatfield State Park where we did their photography. I’m so happy that Talyah and Sam purchased one of my maternity packages so I will get to photograph their sweet little baby as soon as he is born, as well as at other important milestones in his first year of life. I can’t wait to meet him!! Talyah and Sam, thank you so much- it’s SO exciting to watch your family grow!
